Embiggen Consulting is also the exclusive partner of the Global Innovation Management Institute here in the Philippines. Interns will be given a chance to work closely with the most respected and accomplished global innovators in the industry.

1. HR AND OPERATIONS INTERN
  • Responsibilities:
    • Handle the operations cluster of the firm, including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, culture development, etc.
    • Handle service delivery for learning, research, and consulting clients— including the creation of pitch decks, liaising with clients, etc.
    • Perform HR and admin-related tasks.
    • Partake in activities related to finance and accounting.

2. SPECIAL PROJECTS INTERN
  • Responsibilities:
    • Work closely with supervisor in executing special projects
    • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies under COSMOS (Operations Department) to ensure the attainment of objectives
    • Ensure that plans for projects are well-executed and adhere to requirements and specifications (e.g. timeline, quota, budget, people, etc.)
    • Help create project presentation materials, prepare project status reports
