Head of Operations

We are looking for a Head of Operations to oversee the administrative and operational functions of the business. The head of operations will oversee Marketing, Research, HR, Business Development, and Accounts. 

Responsibilities: Qualifications:
Reports directly to the CEODemonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
Design and implement business strategies, plans, and proceduresUnderstanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growthOutstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Establish policies that promote company culture and visionExcellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedicationBSc/BA in Business and related fields. MSc/MBA is a plus
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metricsExperience in management consulting is a plus
Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance5 years minimum work experience
Participate in expansion activities 
Manage relationships with partners/clients

Head of Marketing

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to oversee all marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy and vision. You will be in charge of a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and will direct our marketing efforts towards great success.

Responsibilities: Qualifications:
Reports directly to the CEONeeds to have B2B service marketing experience
Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectivesDemonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (digital marketing, branding, product promotion, etc.)
“Listen” to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the companySolid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution, etc. that meets market demandsAbility to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels
Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementationUnderstanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance, etc.)
Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications, etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press, etc.)Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities; Experience in LinkedIn marketing and email marketing is a plus
Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionalsBSc/BA in business administration, marketing, communications, or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus

Head of Service Delivery

We are looking for a Head of Service Delivery to be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and improving our services to maintain customer satisfaction. The Service Delivery Manager performs administrative tasks, managing the project and clients of the firm, and managing team performance as well as checking the quality of service to the client.  

Responsibilities:Qualifications:
Reports directly to the CEONeeds to have B2B client relationship experience
Manage consultants and service delivery teamExperience in customer service, leadership, and project management 
Maintaining positive relationships with the consulting team and the customers.Excellent leadership and quality control skills
Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.Can manage multiple projects at the same time
Managing finances and budgets.5 years minimum of experience
Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.
Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company’s services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
